2. Lets talk
If your application catches our eye, we’ll invite you for a 30-45 minute video call with our senior team. This conversation is all about understanding your work, thought process, and approach to problem-solving. We’ll dive into some of your past projects, discuss your skills, while giving you a glimpse into Markivis and what we stand for.
3. Show Us Your Spark
Depending on the role, you may receive an assignment or be invited for in-depth discussions to showcase your expertise and problem-solving abilities. Once submitted, our team will review your work and get back to you within a week with the next steps.
4. Meeting potential team
Visit our office for a face-to-face discussion with the hiring team and potential teammates. We’ll walk you through our work, ongoing projects, and answer any questions you have. This is also where we assess cultural fit, giving you a chance to experience our work environment firsthand. Once we both feel it's a great fit, we move forward with an offer, setting the stage for an exciting journey ahead.
