By participating in the Campaign or submitting your details through the WhatsApp opt-in form on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • This Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Participants must have a valid mobile number registered with WhatsApp.

5. Disclaimers

  • Markivis is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or disruptions in WhatsApp services that may impact participation in the Campaign.

6. Changes to the Campaign

  • Markivis reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to system errors, legal compliance, or misuse of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Markivis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Campaign or the use of WhatsApp communications.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
