2. Lets talk
If your application catches our eye, we will invite you for a 30-45 minute conversation with our senior team. This discussion helps us understand your work, thought process, and approach to problem-solving. We review your past projects, discuss your skills, and give you a glimpse into Markivis and what we stand for.
3. Show us your spark
Depending on the role, you may get an assignment or receive an invitation for in-depth discussions to showcase your expertise and problem-solving abilities. Once submitted, our team will reviews your work and reverts with next steps.
4. Meet the team
Visit our office for a face-to-face discussion with the hiring team and potential teammates. We walk you through our work, ongoing projects, and answer any questions you may have. This is also where we assess cultural fit, giving you a chance to experience our work environment firsthand. Once we both feel it is a good fit, we move with an offer, setting the stage for an exciting journey ahead.
