ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is one of the premium commercial real estate companies with a presence across India. While the client has been using traditional non-digital channels for running campaigns, they hadn’t explored the thoughts of leveraging targeted social media campaigns. The client was looking to increase leads and lease some of their existing properties.

THE APPROACH

The client had not explored targeted digital campaigns as a channel previously and was open to experimenting with it.We worked with the client to build a buyer persona and define the Target Audience.Once the target audience was defined, we did extensive research on potential prospects and identified a list of companies that could be targeted. Using LinkedIn campaigns, we were able to target the specific decision-makers for the target set of companies.

Based on the success of the first campaign we worked with the client on multiple other properties and leveraged multiple digital assets, such as LinkedIn / Facebook, Premium websites, Ads on Cabs, etc.
