Our client is a process outsourcing and technology services company specializing in process management for diplomatic missions worldwide. The company manages visa and passport issuance-related administrative and non-discretionary tasks for its client governments. Its headquarter is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with 3395 application centers and operations in 144 countries across 5 continents. 

THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

The client was facing difficulty in managing their social media channels. The in-house corporate marketing team faced a major challenge in coordinating with the multiple teams and different business unit marketers for daily postings.

The corporate team noticed a decline in the brand’s overall social media presence as most of the posts were either not uploaded at the pre-decided time slot or scheduled at the last moment.

THE APPROACH

The initial engagement started with helping the client in daily postings. A dedicated team was allotted to help the client in timely scheduling of all the posts. Seamless coordination was ensured between Markivis, client’s corporate marketing team, and different business unit marketers.
